G
round source heat pumps retrieve the solar energy found in the ground via pipe that is buried under your plot. At a depth of approximately one metre the pipe is coiled around your plot and the energy is then received from the ground.
Advantages:
D anfoss has developed a number of technologies such as TWS (tap water stratification), HGW (hot gas water heater) and opti (automatic variable speed controlled circulation pumps), to contribute to increased annual efficiencies, comfort and reliability.

Models with HGW technology (hot gas water) allows the hot water to be constantly topped up to the desired temperature during heat production. All these models are available to work with an external hot water tank.

Heat pumps with opti technology using speed-controlled circulation pumps, to ensure maximum efficiency under all conditions. The integrated hot water tank with its TWS technology rapidly produces large quantities of hot water. Models with HGW technology (hot gas water) allows the hot water to be constantly topped up to the desired temperature during heat production. This significantly improves seasonal performance.

The DHP-H Varius Pro+, newly developed ground source heat pump with the inverter-controlled compressor adjusts the heat load constantly according to the current heat demand. Model with HGW technology (hot gas water heater) and the built-in TWS (tap water stratification) technology allows the hot water to be produced faster and at higher temperatures than those methods used traditionally. This significantly improves seasonal performance.
